September 05, 2011 - Receiving the application  and the paper abstract;

September 15, 2011 - Sending the notification of the papers acceptance;

September 24, 2011 - Deadline for receiving the paper and participation fee;

October 08, 2011 – Deadline for accommodation  booking;

October 21 – 22, 2011 – Time of conference

GENERAL INFORMATION

          Papers shall be communicated in Romanian, English or French;

          The persons who would like to participate at the Conference are kindly asked to send the complete papers and the copy of the participant fee receipt until 25^th September 2011;

      The paper selected by the scientific committee shall be published in the journal

The Annals of

Metallurgy and Materials Science,

accredited CNCSIS and indexed in CSA

(Cambridge Scientific Abstracts);

        Rooms for the conference participants will be booked at hotels of  ** and***, near the conference placement.

Participation fee

  Participation fee is 50 Euro;

               The participation fee covers:

 - access to scientific papers;

      - set of conference Proceedings;

        - (printing papers and CD papers);

                   - coffee break.
